1. Smart Mini Website & WhatsApp Store (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales for the Smart Mini Website and WhatsApp Store are final and non-refundable once development has started or the product has been delivered. However, if you experience technical issues or are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

2. NFC Card (Physical Product)

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for NFC cards if:

The card is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival. The design or details printed do not match your approved preview.

To qualify for a return or replacement: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Note: Custom-printed NFC cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team at [your support email/contact info] with your order number, reason for the request, and supporting evidence (if applicable).

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
