However, if you experience technical issues or are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

2. NFC Card (Physical Product)

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for NFC cards if:

The card is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival. The design or details printed do not match your approved preview.

To qualify for a return or replacement: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Note: Custom-printed NFC cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
